- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups fresh spinach
