- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, ginger, and orange zest to make the glaze.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
