Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs and brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, water, garlic, ginger, and gochujang. Pour over the browned chicken.
