Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups pan-seared chicken (or leftover cooked chicken)
- 1 head romaine lettuce (chopped, about 2 cups)
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup bread crumbs, crumbled
- ⅓ cup Caesar dressing
- 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil (optional)
- 3-4 large flour tortillas
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine sliced cooked chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and ground black pepper. Toss with Caesar dressing until evenly mixed.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add ¼ tsp olive oil (optional). Place a tortilla in the skillet and toast until crispy, flipping as needed.
