  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 810 slices bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, and green onions until well combined.
  3. Lay each chicken breast flat and carefully cut a slit on one side to form a pocket. Season inside and outside of each breast with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  5. Wrap 2-3 bacon slices around each stuffed chicken breast, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  6. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy. For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes if desired.
